Pledge

Having gone for this pledge
A definitive pledge
No way back
Once for all, ever, evernity*…
How strange & curious as it appear after all
There lie a familiar & lasting feeling
Like a sad smile clinging to the heart
Wading, dripping, dropping
Drown on ones own sort of kingdom.

Journaling

Wednesday, 10 Marsh 2010
(Answering to Gabrielle)
Once again, I am going to be asked about what I did during this, all so ordinary day of marsh in Paris, France. Just a regular question…
What shall I said? I had been waiting to finally write, add or erase some lines at the fiction l do intend to conduct on, but nothing came, one way or the other. How to convey such unfruitful expectation? And wandering through a whole day ?
How to say the mesure of it ? The sense of that ? And signification ? The thorough defeat of this? And meanwhile the acceptance of it… by any mean.

(In Paris)
Back to the city, may be somewhat disoriented; all day long, of this awful cold day of marsh, I went from one expected warm place to the next, in different coffee shops or libraries. On the Vosges Place, while I was browsing into the pages of the early newspapers with a coffee beside me, they where expecting the crowd from the Paris fashion week, ‘they all rent apartment around here’. While I have a small unheated room near by, I do feel some what… homeless.
